We understand how precious your children are and how important it is that their best interests are protected and prioritised following any divorce or separation.
We understand how important it is to protect and prioritise your children’s best interests, particularly post-divorce or separation, when unfortunately it is not always possible for parents to agree on decisions relating to their children. We can advise and assist you on a variety of children matters including living arrangements, how much time children should spend with each parent, whether a parent should be permitted to relocate with the children either within the UK or abroad and on other issues including education and healthcare decisions.
Often parents are able to agree a resolution, be it through negotiation, collaborative law, or by mediation, but if court proceedings do prove necessary, we can assist you through the court process. We also have close links with local counsellors who can provide support and advice on how best to deal with these sensitive issues.
