Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Contract Type: Permanent

Minimum: 2-3 years PQE

We are seeking a full-time Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Tunbridge Wells. The firm values its relationships with its employees, working with them to realise their full potential. Working within modern offices in the centre of town, your role will involve advising on a wide range of matters with a bias towards property litigation. You will be providing legal services to both individuals and businesses. The firm is Lexcel and IIP accredited.

This is a full time permanent role which would suit someone who has 2 – 3 years PQE and a desire to progress their career. For the right candidate that progression will eventually lead to a management role as head of department and potentially Partnership.

There is a busy litigation caseload and you will assist with existing cases, gradually building your own caseload and client portfolio. You will have gained experience in dispute resolution since qualifying including property, some commercial and possibly employment. An interest in insolvency law would be a bonus. You will gain an understanding of the growing importance of the role of ADR together with gaining experience in a variety of courts and tribunals.

You will be self-sufficient and have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.


Job Title: Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive

Contract Type: Permanent

Minimum: 2-3 years PQE in Private Client area

We are seeking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive for our Private Client team in Tunbridge Wells. This is a permanent role, and we would consider a 4 day week.

You will be joining a small but expanding team. Managing a full and varied caseload dealing with probates, inheritance tax, court of protection work, and possibly but not essentially, drafting Wills.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience within the area of Private Client.

This would suit someone who is seeking a long term and evolving role within an established firm, with an opportunity for career progression.

You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing, together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.

Job Title: Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

Minimum: 2-3 years PQE

Location: Cranbrook

We are seeking an additional full-time Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer (residential and some light commercial work) to join our busy Property team at Cranbrook. Minimum: 2-3 years PQE

The role would suit someone who has a high degree of residential and light commercial property experience and is able to run their own case load.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • To increase the fee income of property work
  • To manage a full and varied case load unsupervised, working on your own initiative
  • To liaise with surveyors, property developers and estate agents on a regular basis, seeking to promote our services, engaging in business development opportunities as they arise
  • To develop and manage relationships with providers and clients
  • To ensure compliance with CQS and Lexcel Standards”

Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

Location: Tunbridge Wells

We are seeking an additional full-time Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy Property team at Tunbridge Wells.

The role would suit someone who has a high degree of residential property experience running their own case load.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the CML Handbook and The Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.
