Tim is a Trainee Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Department. He currently advises on a wide range of issues, including property litigation and contractual disputes.
His first seat as a Trainee Solicitor in the Property Department involved acting on typical residential conveyancing transactions & commercial property matters.
Tim graduated from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 honours degree in Law. Whilst there, he gained experience with a Norwich-based law firm and after graduating, assisted the Norwich Diocesan Board of Finance with a legal project. He then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course in London with BPP Law School.
Following his legal studies, Tim gained experience as a paralegal in a family law firm in London, with exposure to international disputes involving high-net-worth individuals.
He then completed a voluntary internship with a church in Kent, and also acted as a restorative justice facilitator, negotiating between young offenders and their victims in police custody.
Tim began his training contract with Buss Murton in October 2015.
