Job Title: Marketing Coordinator – Tunbridge Wells

Contract Type: Permanent - Part Time

About the Role 

In this role you will raise the profile of the firm, build and enhance contact with clients, prospective clients and referrers alongside the Head of Finance and Operations and with the assistance of our external marketing consultants. This role does require you to have a driving licence/own vehicle as you will need to regularly visit our Cranbrook office in setting up and organising business lunches and events in surrounding Kent areas. 

Responsibilities 

  • Creating high quality content across all our social media channels, monitoring and overseeing the social media accounts. 
  • Coordinating all firm events, including in-house networking/client events and organising attendance to external events. 
  • Monitoring and analysing marketing data; using this data to make informed decisions on the strategy and positioning of paid and organic social media output. 
  • Liaising with external contacts to organise merchandise, community events, memberships and publications. 
  • Preparing professional reports for Directors and Heads of Departments for monthly and quarterly meetings. 
  • Managing and updating the company website. 
  • Keeping up to date with competitors, marketing trends and the legal environment; putting forward ideas and opportunities to the Head of Finance. 
  • Communicate effectively with staff about marketing initiatives, events and articles. 

 Qualifications 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Events or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role and an understanding of the legal sector 

 Required Skills 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven experience using social media channels (LinkedIn, Meta Business) as well as Canva and WordPress. 
  • The ability to work independently as well as with stakeholders of all levels. 
  • A positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

 Preferred Skills 

  • Experience in a legal environment.

  • Permanent, Part time – 4 days a week (3 in the office, 1 day working from home)

Job Title: Private Client Solicitor – Cranbrook

Contract Type: Full time Maternity Cover (9 months) with the potential for this role to become permanent

We are looking for a motivated Private Client Solicitor/FCILEx to join our friendly team in Cranbrook for a 9-month Maternity cover starting in Mid-November 2025. While based in Cranbrook, you’ll be part of our wider Private Client department, working collaboratively with colleagues across our offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a broad range of private client matters: wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Provide clear, empathetic legal advice to clients
  • Manage billing and cashflow effectively
  • Meet targets for time recording, billing and cost recovery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Promote the firm’s services and participate in marketing and networking activities
  • Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and regulatory obligations

About You

  • Enjoys working collaboratively but is confident working independently
  • Is target-driven and committed to delivering results
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong client focus

  • With experience in Private Client; ideally 2 years+ PQE although candidates not meeting this criterion but with the necessary experience, will be considered.

Job Title: Residential Property Lawyer – Tunbridge Wells

Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

We are seeking a full-time Residential Property Lawyer to join our growing property team at Tunbridge Wells.

The role would suit someone who has residential property experience (1 year + PQE), running their own caseload and someone who has aspirations for progression.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service we deliver to our clients.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Manage day-to-day matters on behalf of clients in all property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions.
  • Regularly liaise with estate agents and financial advisors.
  • Explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable manner.
  • Oversee financial control, including cashflow management, collection of monies on account, and billing procedures.
  • Provide accurate and timely conveyancing quotations.
  • Meet agreed targets for time recording, billing, and cost recovery.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure high standards of client care are exercised in a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
  • Participate in marketing activities and leverage networking and business development opportunities.
  • Experience in commercial property is advantageous but not essential.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Solicitor/Licensed conveyancer/Legal Executive with 1 years + PQE
  • Proven experience in property conveyancing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and client care
