Buss Murton Law is delighted to announce the promotion of Jonathan Manser and Sohret Haffenden to Partner.

Jonathan, Head of Dispute Resolution, recently acted for the successful petitioner in a High Court case, Chave v Farnsworth and others [2026] EWHC 970 (Ch), securing a positive outcome for his client in a complex dispute between business owners. The case highlights the firm’s strength in handling complex shareholder disputes and High Court litigation.

Sohret Haffenden, Head of Private Client, has played a key role in leading and developing the department. She continues to support clients and their families with clear, practical advice through often sensitive matters.
