Non Profit
We have in the UK a tradition of spending some of our personal money on things that make us feel
good, in our minds or in our bodies – things like sport, the arts, and charitable giving. Many of the organisations that administer these activities operate on the basis that all money generated is applied towards their ultimate purposes, and no profits as
such are ever distributed. The law governing not-for-profit organisations is quite specialised, and at Buss Murton we have a number of lawyers who have considerable knowledge and experience in these areas.
