Reshma studied Philosophy and Politics at York University, and completed the Law conversion course in 1997.  She then worked at Andersens in London, where she was involved in the implementation of international employee share(s) schemes for FTSE 100 companies, and she became a member of the Association of Tax Technicians.  She also project managed an internet website providing advice on setting up share schemes in over 50 countries.  

Reshma started as a trainee solicitor with Buss Murton in 1999, qualifying in 2001 into the Private Client department. She now specialises in Inheritance Tax planning, probate administration and the lifetime management of individuals' affairs, including the operation of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and tax planning.  She is leader of the Private Client team in the firm's Tunbridge Wells office.

Reshma is a working mother with two young girls. Married to Colin, a Salary Partner at Gleeds Tunbridge Wells, her spare time pursuits are the arts, swimming and travel. She readily admits however, with two young girls, painting, colouring in and play dough modeling now take up most of her time.
