After obtaining her LLB Honours Law Degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury Caroline joined the Family department at Buss Murton in 2001. Whilst working at Buss Murton Caroline completed her part time Legal Practice Court at the College of Law in London, passing with Distinction in 2003, and qualified as a solicitor into the Family Department in 2004.

Caroline advises on all areas of Family Law, with a particular emphasis on the financial aspects of separation. She also advises on issues in relation to cohabitees and matters relating to children, such as residence and contact issues, and assists clients in dealing with transfers of properties following separation.

Caroline is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association) and has a particular interest in Collaborative law. Caroline and Melanie den Brinker, our Collaborative Barrister, work together on matters which are dealt with using the Collaborative Law process.
