Having completed a BA Honours degree in History in 1991 and following a period of travel and enlightenment, Andrew successfully completed his conversion course and Legal Practice course at the College of Law prior to then joining Buss Murton as a trainee solicitor in 1995.  He qualified in 1997 into the litigation section of the commercial department where he has remained ever since.  He is now Head of Commercial Services and is a member of the firm's Executive Team. 

Andrew specialises in Employment Law focussing particularly on advising senior employees on their exit strategies and negotiating their severance packages as well as advising a wide range of employer clients on all aspects of Employment Law in a practical, commercial and cost effective manner. 

Out of the office Andrew is very much a Man of Kent having been born in Pembury and having spent the last 12 years living and working in Tunbridge Wells.  He is a keen sports enthusiast although mostly now from the armchair!
