Buss Murton Law celebrates summer success

On Wednesday 29 July Buss Murton Law held its annual summer party at the Hotel du Vin in Tunbridge Wells.
The firm's staff and partners were joined by more than 150 clients and friends of the firm to celebrate the firm's successful launch of Buss Murton Law.
The Buss Murton summer drinks party has become one of the 'must attend' business events in the Tunbridge Wells calendar, with old friendships renewed and new contacts made.
This year's party marked a particularly important moment in Buss Murton's 300 year history. It has been no secret that the firm has found the last few years rather difficult and it was in June that the firm has been able to put its problems behind it with the launch of Buss Murton Law. An injection of new money has put the firm on a sound financial footing that should see it grow and thrive for another 300 years.
Buss Murton introduced two new members of staff to guests: Brendan Roodt, a corporate lawyer who joined the firm from Vertex Law in Maidstone, and Alex Cuppage, a senior private client lawyer who joined the firm from Campbell Hooper in London.
Whilst the great British summer delivered a slight damp end to the party it was a terrific success and we all at Buss Murton would like to extend our thanks to everyone who attended.
