Robert Sedgwick joined Buss Murton in 1971. During the initial period he spent 18 years doing commercial litigation and since then has been advising owner managed businesses, dealing with start-ups, corporate finance, and organisation, company purchases and sales, and anything else needed for running and enjoying the fruits of a successful business.
During the nineties he was also managing partner of the firm so is well acquainted with the practical as well as the legal challenges of the owner managed business. His clients are based around the world and he is used to coping with differing time zones.
Outside the confines of work he enjoys sailing, fine wine and food and a good book.
