Reshma Field

Reshma is the partner in charge of the Private Client Department in Tunbridge Wells and specialises in providing elderly client advice.  Reshma advises in all areas of Private Client work and in particular deals with Succession Planning, Will drafting, and administering estates.  She also deals with Lasting Powers of Attorney both in the creation and implementation and is a professional Attorney for her clients.  Reshma also advises on the creation and administration of trusts and acts as a professional Trustee for a number of family trusts.

Reshma is a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly and coordinates the Private Client Team as a whole to ensure that every client receives the best possible advice tailored to their particular needs.

Reshma studied philosophy and politics at York University and completed the Law conversion course in 1997.  She then worked at Anderson’s in London where she was involved in the implementation of international employee share schemes for FTSE 100 companies and became a member of the Association of Tax Technicians.  She also project managed an internet website providing tax advice on setting up share schemes in over 50 countries.

Reshma joined Buss Murton as a trainee in 1999 qualifying in 2001 into the Private Client Department.  She is a full time working mother with two young children and is a “Champion” for chYps – a charity that provides hospice care for children in their homes.
