Andrew joined Buss Murton Law in 1995 as a trainee solicitor having successfully completed his conversion course and Legal Practice course at the College of Law. He qualified in 1997 into the litigation section of the commercial department and is currently head of the litigation team. He is a Partner and currently sits on the firm’s Management Board.
Andrew specialises in Employment Law both for employees and for employers. Andrew particularly focuses on advising senior employees on their exit strategies and negotiating their severance packages as well as advising a wide range of employer clients on all aspects of Employment Law. He has experience of all forms of dispute resolution ranging from the Employment Tribunal through mediation and arbitration to High Court action.
Out of the office Andrew enjoys a variety of interests including theatre and cinema as well as the majority of sports, still even playing the odd game of squash and cricket.
